Exploring the stories of women who live by a ride-or-die philosophy

The Resources

The following is a list of resources all aimed at helping individuals access the tools necessary for them to ride for themselves.

As a result of our base in Toronto, Canada many of the suggested services are located in this city, however some larger organizations/institutions have chapters in other regions.

The Ride or Die Project does not endorse any of the services, organizations, products, websites, resources or institutions included on this list. We are simply sharing suggestions on various spaces that may/may not be useful to you in your ongoing journey of riding for and taking care of yourself.

This list was initially created by Keisha-Monique Simpson and Amanda Parris and was later added to by Alicia Bunyan-Sampson and Nylda “Lady Noyz” Gallardo-Lopez.

Please feel free to leave suggestions on additional supports with a comment below.

This is a great resource list. Would it be possible to add one for relationship help? The name is Clarapy and I believe it to be a great resource because you can chat with licensed relationship experts for free.
